         Hansel cookie crunch and sprouted green beans and chop suey with coconut milk. and milo and coffee and that was pf breakfast. he did talk to mr liila parama and and they talk about what is the best for lunch and he recommended lubi lubi and pf mentioned young leaves of cassava like what they ate at nagcarlan also banana stem(the soft inner part of false stem) with coconut milk. and everytime he asked them they dont have idea what a vegetarian meal should be. pf bought chop suey and sprouted instead. and asim used to make oil on sachet at P5 .00 each and all can be repacked like baking powder ,and powdered clorox.
