Grace Before and After Meals

Before: Bless us, O Lord! and these Thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christour Lord. 
Amen. 

After: We give Thee thanks for all Thy benefits, O Almighty God, who livest and reignest world without end. Amen. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen

Prayer for the Sick

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.

          Phyforce visited links that are related to genealogy, news from yahoo and articles .and pf is watching "missing you" every night .no more cable subscription unlike before he used to watch different channels. for voters that are pro alcohol they are doing business selling alcohol but sometimes they are need to be regulated if they are cannot be totally banned. people in the park playing games in the dark sang by  Lionel Richie.that park can be any places , it can be  an alley.if two people are in the dark and someone nearby got irritated he she will put a light there. a cop a mutawa'ah  those police in different culture reprimand people in different way.and harshness is imposed to the person. no warrant of arrest is needed . and these authority figures are capable of maximum  torture .and those survivors have sad experience and these experiences become a part of their personality ,just like a hangover from last night's drink and they will be harmful to whoever they mingle with , because of that tragic or horrible experience ,just like a scandal girl ,will collide with her innocent relatives ,her expression will be outrageous and begging for attention like a beggar begging for alms. these kind of story makes lawyer and investigator and faculties laugh seriously ,having fun while hearing atrocities.most of them are cruel on due process whether a person is guilty or not , sarcasm blankets their heart and voices. and they laugh and sleep sound at night with people in the hot water unsure if they are guilty or not. and rich manager have proven herself a queen of power , she can turn in anyone she suspected , anyone that take a picture of her thighs. she can brand anyone as terrorist . and go transfer somewhere else after she destroyed someone else future. and phyforce spend the night with bandila. in phyforce alley the whore will  spray herself strong perfume and can be smell 10 ft away and she will come home with different vehicle, she lives with friends and relatives that will serve her.she makes noise at midnight and dawn and listen to loud music in the morning. she loves to chat overseas , and loves to have loud talks with transgender.her manager is a gay , who talks too much and make noise and pimp around . pf can stand them but asim cannot.and asim will become angry to phyforce ,and phyforce will become angry to asim and asim will later realized he is asim .he shouldn't have done anything that will offend phyforce like what happen to him and kamsora . asim's mouth is noisy as talkative teacher , a mouth that gangster beaten up .a concern that irritates alcoholic neighbor,doubtful words  and phyforce used to live with that.but now phyforce is able to control that asim attitude or he will get into a trouble he never seen in his life. but phyforce is not that ungrateful . but fat teachers, choking  teachers personality ,controlling  behavior have full control on the classroom but extend at home and with social life. these lazy workers have salary and unwanted talk with , strangers and having fun talking and having fun people are not talking back and having fun in school and home and neighborhood , and sometimes seen watching pole dancers in the night club and a respectable figure in the day. and talk too much of farming and youth military training and command them and able to do that , and proud of his labor and moves like a sloth inside the cathedral and smile to no one and smile again to people he want to smile with and catch attentions ,looks calm but scolding his son at home and beat up a juvenile delinquent scratching the fuel tank of his bike.and having fun again story telling his hard labor and violence and another is laughing about the bad man in the news. it wasn't funny but he was laughing while someone is ashamed. where is these retired man going to retire after he retires? her daughter will grow old just like him , his wide eyes will be proud , he is ugly but hes got a cute daughter, the most freakin man is mr d. a gay, who thinks he is great, and have the same level with a great politician a freakin man intentionally runaway from a balance to the dad of the scandal gal. a freakin man that deserve to be beaten up , after talking in his bedroom ,talking threatening the people in the living room .But time is great giving them lewd rude indecent good times hiding his sexual orientation living a family life feeding her with stolen feeds.Traitors naturally get out of the life of their victims whether they like it or not. He is lucky to have brothers and sisters that are behaving normally unlike him.
