         Phyforce enjoyed the sea and later in the afternoon there is luzon power failure and the cause are those  plants ,all the 5 of them failed. and not only that ,the burden of many factories are using the power source and the Mayon volcano is the source , it is in bicol , and there was eruption now its brown outs and political campaigns are affected and no celebrities can make people happy when there is power failure. human happiness is electricity and the power it supplies, with that power there are tv,pc,laptop,mobile phone etc.without electricity all of these basic needs in life is useless.even the best tv shows will be fruitless if power is out. all the rich countries have nuclear power  plants and mining but here in the Philippines these two things are being discourage . sometimes progress is blocked by opinions of groups that are against progress itself. by promoting their personal selfish interest than general welfare. that's it , that's the editorial of the above scenario. the department of energy is the most important department , not only during election but every night and everyday. contentment is the root of all happiness or prime factor or the beginning of happiness, with the effort to progress.
