Yahoo have currency converters and its there thats it.And if your currency isnt there you can add  .During the spanish era in the Philippines Daet, Camarines Norte and Cavite was tandem in providing financial supports to the revolutionaries that's why they have built the first monument in Daet Camarines Norte in the honor of Dr. Jose P.          Phyforce woke up and head to the marketplace to buy  banana cassava and chop suey then cycling to the seashore and along the way the widening are affecting the houses on the side of the road others are totally demolished while others are within the scope of widening but still there because of their concrete fence. they did not anticipate that the expansion is that much.To be fair one can easily tell that ,they must be fair , if others are cooperating why not them? Ninoy Aquino avenue and pres Cory Aquino boulevard is on going ,expanding and concreting ,demolishing whatever and whoever is on the way.like the Philippine railway is expanding ,violating the law and letting people live along the side of the railway within its periphery people are getting killed and people in revenge throw shits to the train at night. Phyforce knows that and so he closed his window, and the expected happened, during the night the air suddenly became smells like shit ,others didn't close the window so it was a direct hit to them at Quezon province area ,(same province where the railway was derailed many have suffered and died) . earlier in the afternoon the train was damaged and the engine was turned slow . and so the train have to stopped at Guinobatan Albay and they replaced the car with engine. so phyforce have to wait for 5 hours and got delayed five hours ,on the way he regretted that the train economy ride was so bumpy , the chair  cannot be reclined. but the first class was able to reclined. that was year 2004 and now it maybe have changed already ,the situation now is that the Naga City to Legazpi City is not yet passable ?and the expansion plan is there and the 5 international airport to be , plan , is there. Just the plan , but in reality only time can tell. Phyforce recalled the Legazpi city  to Sampaloc ride took him 15 hours. it was a big delay,the rest was history .two passenger he met was one young man was naughty ,another man was doubtful and the naughtiness and doubt was at maximum level .the train condition was like there was a typhoon hit the Bicol region the way was dark and it was so uncomfortable 9 years ago. What about now? Phyforce wanted to know too. whoever made that not reclined seat on train are master of tortures.Everywhere cruelty are with those crazy designs, that made human suffering even worst.  Some roads are killers because of wrong curves.Some signs are a kind of trapped for some motorists,some manhole are open waiting for the victims,some trucks are parked on the road without any warning signs waiting for victims. People who cause these are unconcerned people mostly in some parts of metro manila manhole are left uncovered(sometimes because the cover  was stolen). Phyforce once experienced stepping his left foot in a manhole in one place there that's why manila is manhole to hell. In quiapo there was that dancing chubby girl. and one of phyforce room mate went to QC for a night atmosphere and spend his 3k overnight , his one month 3k allowance was spent overnight in the shining light of QC.

       When Phyforce felt some fulfillment it will lead to disappointment .Phyforce got a shoes holder ( clip in or toe clip) on mt bike pedal .and also bar ends.And it is possible for his mt bike to have a handle bar like that of a road bike. And back to base he cook his meal bread fruit and coconut milk and Adrian did the installation and that was lunch time .that sim card disturbed phyforce that is loading all network he was sure it is from that company and the answer to very expensive retailer sim now that is 3K that one is less. and pf want that handlebar of jun. is it still available ?the problem is the installing of breaks .Last night the crux video of mt bike have amazed phyforce it was great and he had realized young man today is idolizing the crux videos. their bmx and mt bike dont have saddle and it  can jump anywhere ,cycling on the terraces,chains,plant box ,rocks with great accuracy and balance. The clip in and the bar ends are fulfilling .But the weather is getting more rain early in the morning .But the view in the horizon is in HD, mountains are in HD and is beautiful,surfers enjoy surfing ,young tourists enjoy surfing and pf enjoy cycling ,the noon time was sunny . late in the afternoon dark clouds appears,and in Davao city experienced hurricane and some experience , fire damage, bullying, violence in the news and more territorial conflicts, Philipiines must give attention to modern fishing like the Chinese and Taiwanese do so they can compete in fishing . fellow Filipinos must avoid attacking countries like Malaysia ,claims of territory must be discussed by international law on territorial disputes and solution,coastguard must avoid shooting intruders unless they are hostile.crimes have patterns and those patterns of bullying must be discussed in school in gmrc subject. what happen must be heard by public in the news etc then get the solution not only the news. Electrically charged and other alternate bullets can be used to neutralized an attacker if available avoid using real bullets.To get rid of disappointments one must have focus on relevant things to ones own life .like a story must have characters and characters must be there ,and others not concerned to the story doesn't mean be ignored but must be practically be excluded to move on with the project story. That's life. For example traffic should be closed so that a good filming can be shoot in the scene. that is inconvenience to all motorist but must be done for the sake a better movie.

Title:the boxing  Date: Sunday, May 26, 2013           After eating saba fried phyforce recalled the time in nagcarlan he ate lot of saba from 2000 bulig of saba .and it was sweet and toomany.the boxing fight was like with the last pinoy fight of pinoy flash he knock out the master of the footwork opponent and the opponent still won the bout and this time he knocked down herera and he won that’s the only difference. Phyforce mt bike is with pork branded with Kristel and the disk break that’s it is cool and beautiful for him already. It is not that kind with double suspension or like road bike for tour de France but it’s with nice kristel pork and a disk break that’s it. In the holy trinity cathedral there was a special day with bishop and the parish priest of slr fr.bardon and parish priest of paracale and another priest was fr timoner. And at least it was a beautiful day ,and at dawn there were bloodstain on bagasbas road and the bloodshed is like that of slaughter house pf wondered what happened there.people are looking there at dawn but the bloodshed is still not visible ,but later in the morning around 7am the blood was enormous.the side of the road was full of blood stains.

          Finally phyforce got his new cycling shorts its P400.00 and its black.checking his upavasa schedule its may 24 and he is going to do it on may 25 advance means may 23 and exact date is may 24 and later is may 25.3 choices according to the system. and phyforce got his kiirtan and the instrument are louder than the vocal .His kiirtan is cool inspired by kiirtan that is dynamic and with huge crowd.he likes listening to music its cool in early morning when music is loud even on low volume aeshvarii didnt like that loud and so she bought pf a headset so only him can listen to it. so according to aeshvarii's order he got his hair cut ,nail trimmed and headset . unfortunately it wasn't bluetooth nor wireless. the bluetooth headsets one  is P380.00 (see cdrking for headsets that are wireless and bluetooth) others are P600 at the palanyag it was P800.

Can Babanamkevalam be the Mantra against  Tsunamis and Tornados?          Hansel cookie crunch and sprouted green beans and chop suey with coconut milk. and milo and coffee and that was pf breakfast. he did talk to mr liila parama and and they talk about what is the best for lunch and he recommended lubi lubi and pf mentioned young leaves of cassava like what they ate at nagcarlan also banana stem(the soft inner part of false stem) with coconut milk. and everytime he asked them they dont have idea what a vegetarian meal should be. pf bought chop suey and sprouted instead. and asim used to make oil on sachet at P5 .00 each and all can be repacked like baking powder ,and powdered clorox.

And pf began to ask ?What is PROUT? Is it a model for a world government?or are there other models for wg? What is PROUT?         Base to the caayunan and it was early ,then straight to the sea and there were paragliding and and pf went to attend the mass and ask adrian and hezron about cycling short it was P400 something and jun said its P280 but its out of stock so theres no choice but to buy that P400 cycling short.and t. monete and t. absy visited after the postponement of manoy ador interment , it will be on thurs of may 23 .and julius will come and the seaman too will come home for the final respect. and the other day there were 2 paragliders and pf speak to mr f. about bella flores,the dog the cat and he called the attention of 3 cycling man he called them playboys and the morning talk and workout is over.and people in the distance having a nice warm bath in the morning sun. and pf is fasting and it rained in the afternoon with thunder and lightning.

Pf wished he got another laptop so they can both go online. and its another morning of upavasa. and after 10 days Prema a.k.a. Garfield is back.the fat cat is back as texted by shanti. everyday there are drums every morning pf wonder if there's a Brgy fiesta everyday. and at dawn , they play loud drums and thats possible only at festivities and may 19 pf seeing sta cruzan ,flores de mayo what else ?,sky firework at 4am to wake them up. and drums .people love festivity eating drinking and watching tv. pf misses clear tv with more channels .

          Iishvarii sent Phyforce to naga city and just to get NSO birth certificate of Shanti finally he can avail the warranty for his wifi at cdrking and the tech told him to go back after 3 days. and his lunch was string beans P 10.00 , sauteed bitter gourd P 10 fried rice P 35,ginataan,cold ice tea 35 , buko juice 45 and it was rice P17 price is different from NSO bldg to sm  mall. and lot of beautiful girls are in Naga City esp in the marketplace and in the mall .and lots of beautiful ladies also in the NSO. phyforce notice that this people are hungry and thirsty.they all want to become rich.all humans mostly on this earth reincarnated just to become wealthy? eat drink work? nope the longing for the Great is the basic propensities or nature of human being. tote bag is P120.00 only.and the bicycle lamp light is  P 80. CDR King will help Philippine economy. And then after 6 hours in NSO pf finally got the birth certificate of shanti and he lost his way,so he do the walking and finally a pedi cab bring him to the danavan terminal and it was P180 fare.back inforth is 260 +30 for cab ride .food is almost 300 then another  200 for bagpack and light. the total of P790 .and he loves to listen to mor with issa ubana the dj lady  M.O.R.
