Cris did the vulcanizing ,pf bike is got flat tire and while vulcanizing pf is playing the mantra Babanamkevalam (mantra means man - mind tra- liberation ,that which liberate the mind from darkness of ignorance) on his mobile ,and they talk about places like bacacay,and pets like cats and dogs and the staple wire cause him flat tire. and his tires are black and red MOB its cheaper in just P475.00 compared to P1800.00 of maxxis ( or just check it out on Lozada for more accurate pricing on cycling gear ,etc,and so he didnt go to caayunan on cycling but on bagasbas airport instead and he got updated with mr carillo ,teddy g, and that man with blue mt. bike and mr gambril is doing paragliding and with another paraglider and just flying above pf 1000 m above.Shanti is refreshing from too much facebook ,too much games on kongregate and she is fond of pewdiepie whatever,and pf thinks kiirtan is the best on cycling at dawn and before dawn.The music that is filling the mind with love for God. Can Babanamkevalam be the Mantra against Tsunamis and Tornados? What is Babanamkevalam- is a Sanskrit term or word (see also Sanskrit )Baba means The most beloved the dearest one nam - means name kevalam means only .the only name of the most beloved its like ideating i love you Lord. or telling someone I love you. This time its with divinity. with divine ideation.
BABA NAM KEVALAM IS MAHAMANTRA ( UNIVERSAL MANTRA )
"On May 20, 1971, Baba transferred the central office of Ananda Marga from Ranchi to Patna . This year was a period when the anti- social and immoral forces tried their utmost best to suppress Ananda Marga.
A devotee from Bihar was called to Baba’s and saw that another Avadhuta and a grhi acharya were there also. Baba was in a cheerful mood,reclining in a rocking chair. He said of the three of them, “Now My Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshvara” ( The Creator , Preserver, and Destroyer ) are here . They sat around Baba and started to massage His legs . It was 10.00 pm and Baba spoke with such sweetness that everything seemed touched by that sweetness.
He said , “Do you know that Baba Nam Kevalam is a Mahamantra ( Universal Mantra ) ? Do you know that the eight limbs of yoga are for intellectuals, but the common people can achieve liberation just by doing simple Baba Nam Kevalam meditation ?”
Baba continued,, explaining the natures of Indian and western music. Then he said that Baba Nam Kevalam can be chanted to the accompaniment of any tune. "

When your "I" is God and your "Self" is God.So whatever you have come to realize its because of your "Self".When that is clear to Pf it made him God centered and not self centered. It is also Self Realization and Service to Humanity. If Phyforce get benefited from vegetarian diet then others must get benefit too ,not only himself.
